ZAK was established in 2021.Our main aim is to create high quality fabric products that can be used in our daily life with a different artistic twist.
All our designs are originally hand painted, then printed on the fabric that's why they are unique and different.

Shipping

  • Do you have a store ?

    Currently we are online store only you can order from our website and your order will be deliverd to your doorstep 

  • How long does it take to receive my order

    It takes 3-7 working day to receive your order 

  • How can i check your products live

    We don't have a store, but we alwyas participate in different exhibitions and bazars. We annoounce about them on our instagram page 

  • Do you offer customized products

    No we only sell our own products with our designs 

Payment

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Cash on Delivery

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes you can request a refund for your porduct within 14 days from the purchase day but the delivery fees are non refundable 

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    The reciept is necessary if you want to exchange or refund your product without it we can't complete the refund process 

  • What is your exchange & refund policy?

    • You can check the product while the courier 

    is there and decide on the spot whether 

    you will take it or not, in case you 

    decided not to take it, you will pay 

    the delivery fees only 


    • After that we have 14 days refund and 

    exchange policy available, To be eligible to 

    refund or exchange the product must be 

    in the same condition that you received it, 

    unused and in its original packaging 


    • Delivery fees are non refundable if you 

    decided to exchange or refund within the 

    14 days you will pay the delivery fees again


    • To exchange or refund please send us a real 

    photo for the current product you have 

    and the receipt on info@zak-egy.com
