Exchange & Refund Policy

𝗭𝗔𝗞 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:

-You can open the package and check the product while the courier is there, in case you decided not to take it, only delivery fees shall be paid

- Orders with more than one product can’t be split either you receive the whole order and pay the total amount or return the whole order and pay the delivery fees only (in case of exchanging or refunding certain product please contact us to create a new request for it)

-After the courier leaves we have 14 days refund and exchange policy available

-To refund or exchange throughout the 14 days the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging

-Delivery fees are non refundable if you decided to exchange or refund within the 14 days delivery fees will be applied again.

- For Refunds the courier will pickup the order, after receiving it at our warehouse and checking its status the money will be transferred via vodafone cash or instapay (Delivery fees will be deducted from the total money transferred), refund process takes 7-10 working days

- Delivery fees are on us in case of defected items.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:

-Free order cancellation can be done only within 12 hours from confirming your order, once the order is shipped it can't be cancelled free of charge. 

-If the order is already shipped and you don’t want it, Full delivery fees shall be paid to the courier and return the order with him.
